Why we exist

Trips shouldn't wait on the group chat.

Unpinned started with a simple frustration: too many trips never leave the group chat. Dates don't line up, someone's saving, someone's "keen, but", and "next year" quietly becomes the plan.

So we built the trip you don't have to wait for. Hosted small-group adventures you can join on your own, and personalised trips for when you'd rather bring your own people. Both start from the same idea: a proper plan, with room to wander.

Why "Unpinned"

A pin on a map marks where you meant to go. The best parts of a trip tend to happen around it: the side street, the swim spot someone points out, the dinner that turns into a late night. We sort out the pins so you can enjoy everything in between.

Small on purpose

We focus on Bali, Vietnam and Thailand because we'd rather know a few places properly than sell the whole map. Routes are built around places we've travelled ourselves, and nothing goes on sale until every part of it is confirmed.

    I've always loved travelling, exploring new places, experiencing different cultures and making memories along the way. That's what inspired me to start Unpinned — to bring people together and make travel more exciting, personal and memorable. I'm based in Melbourne, have explored Bali and Vietnam, and Thailand is next on my list. I'll also be personally hosting Unpinned's first group trips, sharing my passion for travel with others.
